I joined believing in the mission and vision, but the reality turned out to be far worse than anything I can could have imagined.
Cons
Unrealistic demands, unreasonable leadership, no real support, and insultingly low pay. Working for Spectrum360 was pure misery from start to finish. Anyone who values peace of mind should stay far away.

I don't know where to start. The job could have been rewarding, but the people running the company made it way harder than it needed to be. Most days were stressful because communication was all over the place and nobody seemed on the same page. Training was weak, support was limited, and a lot of times you were just expected to figure things out alone. Some leaders acted like control freaks and watched every small thing while bigger issues got ignored. They have their favorite people and do not care about others and some staff could be disrespectful for no reason. The pay was low for how much was expected, especially on the harder days.
