      Great leadership, tons of mentors and partners to help a newbie or career changer develop quickly

      Cons

      Some compensation is available for new reps, but it is "eat what you kill" life insurance sales. Tough but not impossible. If you survive long enough to succeed, you can get securities licensed and after you get 10-20 retirement accounts to complement your insurance sales, it is a good life.
