Pros
Excellent pay with excellent benefits. Co workers are genuinely good people that will do everything they possibly can for you when needed. My supervisors are excellent too.
Cons
Hectic, sometimes insane schedule that demands flexibility. Absolutely zero chance of a social life unless you forgo sleep altogether. Must be able to handle stress and anxiety when dealing with dispatch and equipment issues because there are a lot of them.
