Pros
I love that my schedule is set, and that if you do need time off, that is something that you can enter into your own schedule. Benefits are awesome, free cable, internet and phone, and various opportunities to make a difference through Charter, or even on your own free time. Lots of employee appreciation events as well. The people are great! Ample resources available to you to do you job effectively. Lots of opportunity for advancement, and can transfer between departments.
Cons
When I started working here, a lot of the veteran employees didn't really want to have anything to do with the 'newbies', which made it hard to find help when I needed. I discovered, however, that it was because of turnover. I guess they didn't want to get friendly and invest when that person may or may not be there in a few months. Also, they tend to have as I say, not as I do policy at times. And no consistency. You can ask one supervisor or lead a question, and then another will chastise you for doing what you were told to do by another, because it isn't 'right'.
