Though rare, there are small segments of engineers with great credentials and ethics. These are mostly former Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks people.

Cons

* Abusive and ineffectual leadership * Merged and migrated workforce resulted in a large reduction in talent * Limited opportunities to work with real technology * Vast majority of employees realize this skeletal corporation has no real reason to exist. Nothing innovative or even above average about what Spectrum does.
