Everything else. First off you come in and they put rose colored glasses on you through training and nesting. You think everyone is so nice and it’s so great.
Then you leave nesting and you’re thrown to the wolves. The reception is cold, the pressure to make sales is high, and they aren’t very empathetic. Depending on who you get.
There’s no consistency in management or supervisors, your shift will change. They’ll force you to do things you aren’t comfortable with, and they praise unethical sales agents because as long as they are making sales it doesn’t matter.
The culture is toxic. They threaten write ups over going to the bathroom outside of breaks, they harass you on calls if you’re not perfect.
Oh and commission? Is great when you get it, but every month expect to fight for over half of your commission payout but don’t expect them to give you time to fill out those disputes, or to train you properly on how to do it so you get your money.
