Pros
Great commissions. A great place to earn a decent wage. Different ways to view and handle clients. Had some amazing management members. People invested in providing you the all the basics to do the job. Most of it is hands-on because there is quite a bit of information and processes. Career opportunity if mobile and able to travel.
Cons
Having to deal with miscommunication from department to department on job roles. Changes in policies and procedures. Dealing with customers who have sometimes a way of expressing themselves in a way that is uncalled for in an inhumane way of interacting with agents without more effective tactics to deal with irate clients. Same thing but for agents who are not handling customers appropriately.
