Discounted services. Good hours, not open on Sundays. Great benefits.
Cons
In my area, it was difficult to give the customers what they wanted - our equipment was outdated in comparison to the competition. My office was not managed well - there were often cash shortages and keys missing. There were more rules created and only explained as an issue arose instead of actual policies. There are current talks of a merger that may eliminate lots of locations/jobs. Instead of addressing that, bogus rules (not policies) were made to terminate employees.
