Consistent employment Established Company Decent pay Likely decades more time in the business as a major player.
Cons
Not a lot of job advancement opportunities. Serious resistance to hybrid and remote work. Didn't come though on promised future promotions. Departments don't say no to more work but don't add staff. If you were hired for a specific position you will do that and unrelated projects as well.
