Pros
Good pay. Nice work environment and thorough training.
Cons
Not all call centers are held to same metrics making other centers' jobs very difficult. Commission structures change every 3-6 months. You are measured by your metrics, but they mean nothing in the long run. Certain billing centers are advised not to transfer customers for a possible save attempt and you are held responsible for that, not the rep that didn't transfer the customer.
