Pros
The benefits are good and all the tools are provided for you so you can do the job properly. The pay is decent and other employees are usually good people.
Cons
Be prepared to work overtime almost every day. Start times are the same but you don't know when you will be getting off. Management is more focused on perfection on every aspect of the job than being thankful that their techs work long hard hours and give it everything they have, and their goals are not realistic. Even if you give 100 percent they will find something that you are lacking in.
