      Pros

      free cable and an ok salary for the CT area

      Cons

      the directors are not leaders here, they are all behind closed doors all day, have no clue what their reports do, they are unprofessional, and only choose to grow people they are friends with. Asking for direction or help is a punishment, stay away!

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
