      Pros

      The employees at Charter, Time Warner Cable, and Brighthouse are good people. They are smart, dedicated, and want what's best for the company.

      Cons

      The acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks has overwhelmed middle and senior management. Countless employees from the two companies that were acquired are leaving, which leaves the company very vulnerable to wide-spread outages across the country.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
