Holy Cow - Account Manager Spectrum Employee Review

Never been a part of a company that mgmt studied and managed from the worst way to manage. threats,no leadership and with the impending merger, it is getting worse. Saw an email from a Director that reminded employees that they "were just a number, dont forget that." The sales cycle is actually the non sales cycle. Every step along the way another dept does what it can to STOP the sale. Been in sales for over 20 years and this is the worst company I have seen in that regards. And yes, resume is warmed up and ready to go
