Nice coworkers, but management creates uncertainty and pressure - Business Telesales Representative Spectrum Employee Review

They need to get all the supervisors on the same page. Even up to the dept managers. There is a lot of uncertainty amongst a lot of them and it makes it hard to trust them when dealing with customers. They want you to basicly harass people to get services and when people don't want additional services they say it's your fault. They preach work life balance but that is a joke.
