Strange company with questionable business practices - Director of Concessions Spectrum Concessions Employee Review

Money can be good for concerts. We make easy drinks.

Money can be terrible there depending on the event. For the dirty dancing musicals I made about 30 dollars per day. Also the bars are also concession stands, so most people will not tip when they just get candy/bottle water/popcorn, etc. And you have to tip out a percentage of total sales to your barback because they get paid 4 bucks an hour too. There is also a very isolated bar in the second floor and there is no money to be made there.
