Pros
The products are interesting and the technical and manufacturing staff are great people to work with. The benefits were okay.
Cons
The executive staff mostly consists of Tecstar management refugees (Tecstar was a PV company that failed in 2003). These same people have now done to Spectrolab what they did to Tecstar. There is no "mission statement" or direction anymore, just finger-pointing and CYA.
