very very very toxic environment

1. Very friendly people. 2. The company works with hybrid model.

1. No social insurance. 2. Poor Medical Insurance. 3. Poor salaries. 4. Very small team. 5. Work overload. 6. When a team member leaves the company, the company doesn't hire new people and overloads remaining employees with work. 7. salaries are late since the beginning of the year.
