A rewarding and growing Company that defines dedication and good effort pays off. The company is filled with co-workers that are intelligent, courteous and all around a pleasure to work with. Our Production team is growing and has a core of employees who genuinely want to be here and care for one another. I've been a part of many teams over the last 3+ decades, and lead those teams for over half of those years, and I can sincerely express this to be the best team I've had the fortune of working with. I couldn't be any more prouder being involved and having the support base of the team, including the listening ear of Sr Management to achieve the great success we have experienced in my short 3 years of being on board. We have come a long way in a short time, and it looks like it's just the beginning to greater possibilities to come. I look forward to sharing in the future endeavors ahead.

Haven't encountered any problems above a trivial level that is common place throughout industry in the area of Production. When you have been in this business as long as myself, you realize pettiness defeats the purpose of being opportunistic.
