Decent pay and benefits. Challenging work even when managed properly. Average employee wants to work hard and wants the company to be successful.
Cons
Arrogant Sr. management that demeans employees and communicates poorly. Crisis of the day mentality - no planning, little organization, and crazy expectations. A lot of money is wasted on outsourcing to cronies of Sr management. The knowledge that the company is being fattened to sell and benefit Sr management.
