Lovely people working here and super talented mentorship.

It's more difficult over Zoom.

Nice colleagues; some dependable, some not so much. The organization's incredibly demanding (and didn't pay people when they said they would), so the shaky commitment was understandable.

Crazy, disorganized bosses and a lack of structure. I was told this changed after I left. When I was there my team's projects would just sit in limbo for months without definitive direction. (Other teams were being worked to the bone--mine was just forgotten about.)
