Firstly although carry almost every branded as you know but selection not only less but outdated too! Secondly take times to deliver and most of the staff actually not really know his own product quality and suitable to which group of consumer. Thirdly business hours although from 10-10 but from ancient century until today modern time, each lunch time and dinner time got to rush because only half an hour time which included buying your meal too. This is no black and white but already common practice in every outlet since years back.
