Pros

Networking in order to work for another company

Cons

Management wants you to put work above all else; family, friends, self respect, personal time. You should not care about anything else besides clocking in, performing above and beyond your job description and accepting the poor pay and benefits. They HR department doesn’t exist, when you call them, they just direct you the manager or District manager so that your problem will be swept under the rug with no action taken. “This is an at will company, If you don’t like the job then leave” this quote is pulled from the employee handbook that states they can fire you for any reason they like, even if it isn’t listed in the employee handbook. Toxic leadership from the assistant manager all the way up to the regional manager. They do not care about the employees, employees are expendable. They will use you and pay you the least amount of money possible while providing excuses for not paying you more. There is abhorrent favoritism and corruption. If you’re the favorite, you can expect every raise available, and endless opportunities to move up whether you are competent or not. This company rewards suck ups and mindless people who will follow any order even if it goes against their best interests. Then if you become an inconvenience, no matter how hard you worked for them they will drop you like nothing. The company hates a paper trail because they don’t want any trace of all the shady business practices being used against them.

Pros

Laid back chill environment, awesome co workers and nice managers. Employee discount is nice but not great. Job isn’t too laborious and pretty easy if you have good work ethic

Cons

No raises, no proper training, no overtime, only 4 Saturdays a year off, no sitting even if it’s at a computer, flaky co workers who never show up or always call out, high turnover rate
