Pros
It's an okay place to work as there is a never ending supply of work to do. However, it is not a high-end job that requires a degree and with that the pay is not going to be very good. They offer many things to do every month such as drawings for prizes, going out with people of the company for fun occasions, year-end parties.
Cons
Even though it's not the most difficult job, management cuts corners in every possible facet of the workplace they can (including the worker's pay). Management is the most frustrating aspect to work around as they do not listen to what most workers have to say. This leads to problems not being solved or worked on, worsening confrontations with others (we've experienced a lot of mental, emotional, and even physical confrontations that have not been looked at in a serious way which leads to many good people quitting). Please do your research on this place of employment as there are jobs available and are easy to do, but should you have trouble with anybody around you, expect management to show little care or involvement.
