      Pros

      The team is amazing and my manager was probably one of the coolest people I've worked with. The company is fast growing but is so focused on making things work for the offices, it is refreshing. Overall I think that Specialty1 is going to be the next big thing, I left due to moving but would rejoin in a heartbeat if I moved back!

      Cons

      Fast growing company means new processes and new team members as the team grows to meet the company size.
