Pros
The pay is decent for a part-time job. Free lunch 4 days a month, but you have to work through lunch. HR department is friendly. A lot of days off to destress.
Cons
The training is terribly short and then you have a whole, whole lot to figure out on your own, but no manual to look for the answer yourself in. The trainer is very unfriendly because she is spread too thin with responsibilities, so she doesn't want to answer many questions. The position should be called Biller, because you are doing more than just data entry. Their system is extremely out of date. Rather than allowing different departments to access the bills within the computer system and printing it once in the end, the invoices are printed several times and shuffled back and forth to departments all day. It's a chaotic environment. Cubicles are tiny. There is no personal space or privacy at all. Managers yell at each other and at employees on the floor when under stress. That was so unprofessional and disruptive. Revolving door of employees coming and going. They're always hiring.
