We were really proud to be able to reinvest in our business model and people to be able to pay a salary to Spartans from the moment we hire them - throughout training, whilst they interview with our clients for their assignment and should Spartans every be in-between projects too. This means a guaranteed salary for two years as a Spartan! Our training certainly is relevant to the industry! It is designed by people who have worked in technology for decades - including our Technical Director who built the ITV Hub! All of our trainers have worked in the industry too - they are not simply educators, but people who genuinely understand the challenges and opportunities you will come across working in tech. All of our Spartans sign training agreements when they join us. We invest a huge amount in every Spartan financially to help kickstart their career (pay across training, pay for training and trainers and ongoing engagement and technical support for 24 months). For this reason, we ask all Spartans to work as a consultant for 24 months and to be geographically flexible. We ask you to be geographically flexible so we can find you your first job with one of our clients as soon as possible, if we waited to find you an assignment in a place of your choice - it may be impossible to do or take a long time. This does not benefit your career progression. Every Spartan joins us understanding this commitment and signs an agreement to this effect.
