Cons
Understaffed and they’re not willing to pay overtime to nurses willing to work overtime. They promised overtime bonuses based on our contract and then renege. Sparrow was purchased by University of Michigan, but our procedures are policies are way of doing things has not improved to the the same workflow or pay that a nurse would get working in Ann Arbor. During contract, negotiations them versus us, and even though they say that they love their nurses they literally don’t want to give us anything to provide for our families or a decent work life balance.
