      hours can sometimes be long, but they are good with flexitime

      Pros

      Attracts great people who are helpful and treat one another with respect.

      Cons

      Minimal training or guidance is available for non-coding practice jobs (project management, business analyst). Little job security as they will lay off when sales slump and then hire like crazy when sales take off again.
