      Spark Home Health is an incredible place to work! I felt supported, valued and important to the company during my 3 years there. -flexibility of scheduling -ability to document on the go -autonomy of scheduling -supportive therapists and coworkers virtually -positive lasting relationships with families

      -limited PTO -few opportunities for in person collaboration with peers
