Pros
Friendly and supportive colleague that makes life working there easier a lot
Cons
The management efficiently utilizes staff, though compensation is relatively low, and employees often work overtime. Most of us are pretty overwhelmed with the workloads. Benefits and medical claims are limited. Work life balance doesn't exist here. Staff's mental well being were not their priority. The organization has expanded significantly in recent years. However, there have been some concerns from parents regarding the balance between their quality and growth. Frequent mc's among staff are very common (one can sick very easily here due to burnout). Finding replacements while being unwell and away is really a major issue. Turnover rate is high. Training primarily consists of pre-recorded videos, followed by hands-on practice right away is so unprofessional. Staff supervision and performance evaluations are based on minimal oversight, which may not provide a comprehensive assessment of staffs capabilities.
