Spark Capital is one of worst choices i made in my life - very stressful and harmful for mental and physical health. Company does not spend a single rupee on employee well-being. Employees not allowed to work from home and asked to come to work, even when it is raining cats and dogs. There are many such examples. There very few options in the field of broking and investment banking in Chennai. If one has a personal reason to be based in Chennai, then this is one of the few options here. That is the only reason, many people have been helplessly hanging on to this company. Its not worth working for companies like this, for any amount of money. Definitely not worth working, for the peanuts that this company is paying.
