Pros
I started working for SpanishVIP on one-off projects for the company. The team quickly showed interest in having me join SpanishVIP full time and, honestly, it has been one of the best decisions. Undoubtedly, it is a company with great future projection that considers its team as its main attribute. The work environment and the interaction with the rest of the team members is optimal, and the current communication channels are used very well to improve the efficiency of time and work. In my opinion, the two main features that define SpanishVIP are the respect and consideration for its team members and the opportunity to grow according to their capabilities within the company. Another important point is that more than belonging to a work group, you feel like you are part of a big family.
Cons
The usual disadvantages of the new digital era (dependence on Internet connection, for example). Nothing that could be considered a hindrance to your stability or productivity.
