Pros
Everything is easy to learn very quickly. Management is very nice. Very clean. Family oriented. over all it is a good company to work for*
Cons
*even though it's a good company to work for the down side is the owners don't care if the AC is working in the kitchen and you sweat a lot. No benefits until you become management. The drama of the place gets real old. The night crew is a bunch of kids so whatever they don't do you have to fix in the morning on top of your own work.
