I am sharing my personal experience working with this company and its CEO, Abrar Rabbi. The hiring process initially seemed promising, particularly for candidates from Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. However, after working for several months, payment issues began. Salaries were delayed repeatedly, and despite continuous follow-ups, outstanding dues were not cleared. I was formally committed payment on December 1st, 2024. As of today, that payment has still not been made. Multiple reminders resulted only in assurances, not actual transfer of the pending amount. I am not alone in this situation. There are reportedly 50+ employees who are also waiting for unpaid salaries. It is also important to mention that the CEO of Metro Hospitality has created another company called Spacecats. Greater transparency regarding company operations, financial commitments, and employee payments would help build trust and accountability. This situation has caused significant financial stress and uncertainty. I strongly advise anyone considering working with these companies to ensure all payment terms are clearly documented and to proceed cautiously if payments are delayed.
