Pros
Working at SpaDerma has proved to be a rewarding experience in multiple ways, but the most rewarding part is knowing that each work day you are helping multiple people achieve their dream appearance. The comradery you form with your fellow employees is natural and healthy, as we are all like-minded people that excel in working together to provide the best customer service to our clientele. You truly feel like a team showcasing a genuine product with a positive end goal. Another notable Pro is that Management is easy to talk to and are willing to work with you should you have any questions/concerns, emergency call-offs etc.
Cons
I do wish that we had more PTO days available. Coming from a job where I was earning 4hrs/paycheck of PTO was a somewhat challenging personal adjustment.
