Great Place to Work - Anonymous employee Spa Soak Employee Review

I have been working at Spa Soak for 3 years and I love it here. It pays well, provides a calm environment that flows very smoothly, and has so many loyal and friendly clients. Employees are able to enjoy a variety of services and purchase products at a discounted price. The owner is very understanding and accommodating to her employees.

Sometimes there is unexpected schedule changes from staff members that makes managing the front desk a little challenging.

Pay was decent. Clients were nice. Good location overall.

Per my headline, Jen was so mean behind her employees back it was sickening. She also does NOT know how to remain professional in difficult situations. Broken towel warmers, sheets were crusty and bizarre, overall just gross.
