We are in a critical period of change and improvement here at Sovos, and it is great to hear that our leaders are providing support and guidance to our teams as we progress through our new vision. As July 1 marks a new fiscal year for us, we have made dramatic improvements to our organizational structure and sales enablement commitments to help our account executives and managers be more successful this fiscal year than ever. This has been a period of dramatic change. I look forward to our upcoming Sales Kickoff to ensure all sales team members feel informed and empowered to execute our strategy, and to recognize more personal financial success than ever before. We are highly motivated to continue to provide a successful experience for our employees, customers, and investors. Regarding your comment on unrealistic goal setting, we need to step up to remain competitive in our market. While our sales teams have been successful in driving increases in revenue across the business we have more to achieve.
