Their model is to hire high potential, but low experience employees and then churn them out every few years. Because of this, the pay is terrible. Do not expect to get paid your market value. Come in with no experience, get a couple promotions, then go find another job that pays well. I got a 60% increase when I left.
Also, most of the competent sales leadership has left since I left. I can't speak for new leadership, but I do not get good reviews from people I am still connected with there.
