And maintaining a healthy work-life balance is something we believe is critical to our employees’ well-being, and we understand that a flexible work arrangement can foster that. I am glad that you experienced this balance during your time here. I hear you on the meetings! We understand that a balance is crucial, and we are always evaluating ways to find the right with meetings. One of the ways we have done this is to implement twice monthly no-meeting days internally, which was an idea conceptualized by one of our employee groups.
