Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback. We appreciate and are happy to hear that you feel like this is a good time to be at the company. We’re in a market that’s in the midst of disruption so our opportunity is incredible. And, we have a talented team of people capable of going to get it. With with fast growth comes new products, new colleagues, and new offices. That certainly doesn’t make any of the existing businesses or teams less important, and we’ll take your feedback to heart as we continue to work on reinforcing that message.
As with any growing organization, communication is hard, and we’ll be the first to admit, we haven’t mastered it. However, it’s one of our key strategic initiatives right now. We recently held focus groups across our largest sites to obtain direct feedback on what employees value, what they’d like to hear more about and what types of communication they value most. Now, we’re turning that into a action, and we hope you’ll notice the difference! We also invite you to provide your feedback directly through your manager or to anyone on the HR team.
