      They give you free things like easter eggs and ice creams

      Cons

      Shocking behaviours that are out of place in a modern work environment. Very 'laddish', crude behaviour in the office. Poor example set by senior leaders who get very drunk at work events and behave very inappropriately. Bullying style of management. Lack of support. Very crafty about how they win these best workplace awards.
