Pay is good for a cleaning job. I enjoyed it because I was left to myself, for the most part. When they have good supervisors it’s actually pretty stress free.

However, supervisor turnover was very high because they were overworked by managers. Also, the managers like to treat you like you’re an uneducated just because you work a nightly cleaning job. If contract gets canceled you’re out of a job.
