The company is comprised of great hard working managers and coworkers that are easy to work alongside. If you have a strong work ethic and attention to detail you will fit in well.
Cons
Summer months, give or take a couple months, are full time with the remainder of the year part time. Summer type weather seems to drive customer demand which management has no control over.
