      You get so much experience! You see different age patients and get phlebotomy skills! It’s a great start into the field.

      Cons

      Company exploits employees and pays little. There is a lot of bullying in the clinic and management plays favoritism.

      - Great staff and professional colleagues who, in general, support you - Great patients who are willing to wait to see their providers

      Cons

      - Infrequent performance reviews (>2-4 years apart) - High turnover of staff and management - No one really listens to the staff's issues - Little to no pay raises - No orientation or training when you start
