Dispatch plays favorites that are already there. You will never get 35+ hours . You will have to show up every day to see if you work. Management has no idea what the other is doing. Dispatch is not very knowledgeable and comes off like amazon will pull contracts soon they keep losing routes. They hire every week so they can replace you at any time. They are not worried about the drivers just numbers so you do not matter.
