Pros
They pay contractors promptly, and make efforts to be fair and transparent about rates, deadlines, needs, etc. Owner is extremely fair and ethical in treatment of employees and contractors. Small boutique environment and laid back atmosphere but strong desire to achieve best results for clients and will do whatever it takes to get the job done and meet client expectations.
Cons
I don't know of any cons. But they require putting something in this field.
