Pros
Most of the people under management are very nice, and hard working.
Cons
The company is extremely old-fashioned and outdated in terms of how they treat their employees. They like to boast about innovation, but their managing tactics and strategies are archaic and antiquated at best. They literally work some employees to death. The restroom facilities should be considered hazardous. I did my best to never drink the water from the fountains or use the non-ventilated restroom. There is unhealthy inter-division jealousy and petty behavior riddled with gossip that is common with the longer-tenured employees. Depending on who your supervisor is, there is heavy micromanaging, they will check your badge entry/exit times and will use passive aggressive behavior if you take lunch longer than your allotted time. If you are not working in management, you are simply a faceless cog in a cubicle expected to be obedient and productive. If you are over-productive, you will be asked to handle many additional responsibilities without an increase in pay or recognition. The only reason you want to work here is if you are a recent graduate looking for experience, or receiving a managerial position.
