Not for the career oriented - Office Administrator Southern Staircase Employee Review

There are a lot of positives working for the management team at Southern Staircase. We have a laid back work environment and we are given the ability to accomplish our stated goals without micromanagement. Job advancement is very important at Southern Staircase, I started working in inside sales 17 years ago and within 90 days I was an outside sales rep. I've worked in field ops, management and sales at Southern and would recommend Southern Staircase to anyone that I know.

It can be a very face paced work environment but if you thrive on the speed it can make it a fun place to work. During the late summer and early fall (out busy times of the year) we produce a large quantity of work and It can be stressful.

Good job if they paid better, the truck driver and warehouse guy was great to me.

Horrible Operation manager, multiple things but the main thing that bothered me was that he never even came out of his office to introduce himself.
