Pros

There are good Docs working with this company

Cons

Unrealistic goal setting Money hungry Rude upper management that knows nothing about Orthodontics. Patient care sucks Upper management should work in an office for a day and get the full experience of how an orthodontic practice runs. It’s okay to say do this and that… when you’re sitting behind a desk all day. Embarrassing to have been a part of this organization. Treating patients like they are nothing but a number

Pros

*Office provides thorough training and takes time to ensure new team members feel comfortable & confident in their roles *Communication is fairly consistent, with monthly meetings and opportunities to discuss updates and expectations

Cons

*The PTO structure can feel discouraging, as time off must be earned in very small increments by working each day rather than being provided as a set amount. *When the practice elects to close on clinical days, employees are not compensated for that time. Staff are required to either use their PTO or take the day unpaid, even though the closure it outside of their control. *There is a noticeable emphasis on sales and case acceptance that may feel uncomfortable to those who prefer a more patient-focused approach *Benefits could be improved, particularly theheal insurance options, which currently include very high deductible plans. *The practices can be extremely busy, which can leave the clinical assistants feeling overwhelmed at times. *There is a strong expectation to accommodate patients even when they arrive significantly late, which can create additional stress for the team and disrupt the schedule.
